Madeline Alfiero, RD

Personality:

Madeline’s clients would describe her as enthusiastic, supportive and informative. When you meet Madeline, you will feel inspired and hopeful.

Background:

Madeline is a Registered Dietitian, Confidence Coach as well as Yoga and Pilates instructor. Health and wellness are not just what Madeline preaches but, practices daily. Every day, she helps men and women understand that a diagnosis/condition does not define them and that they can rewrite their narrative.

Over a decade ago, Madeline was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) which led to symptoms of weight gain, hormonal acne, irregular periods and Celiac disease. At that time, only generic nutrition information was provided to help her symptoms. Since being diagnosed, Madeline has dedicated her life’s work to learning everything about Hormonal Imbalances, Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Obesity/Weight Gain. Now, Madeline educates and empowers men and women to take back control of their health, symptoms, and energy to finally become the person of their DREAMS.

Madeline earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at D’Youville University in NY while teaching Yoga and Pilates privately to women across the world. She obtained her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics with Registered Dietitian training at D’Youville University. Madeline is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a certified Mindfulness Nutritionist.
