She also earned her BA degree in Health & Human Services and has 19 years of clinical experience working with medical issues/chronic health conditions, community mental health centers, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma and crime victims.

Annette has an eclectic approach to psychotherapy: she does not believe in one-size-fits-all. Instead, she combines various modalities and techniques for a truly customized treatment plan. These can include CBT, DBT, and a trauma-informed lens to meet the client where they are.
