You can most often find her exploring nature in the mountains of North Carolina or soaking up the sun on the beaches of the Dominican Republic. She prioritizes self-care and relaxation through cuddling on the couch, indulging in long baths, biking along the water, gentle yoga flows and staying connected with long-distance friends.
