Kimberly is a Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of experience in nutrition counseling. She has extensive experience working with children and families, and as an SOS-trained feeding therapist, is dedicated to helping parents restore joy to mealtime. Her expertise encompasses everything from guiding parents in introducing solids to their babies to supporting adults in managing chronic conditions. Kimberly also has a strong passion for integrative nutrition, which stems from her own health journey. After navigating an autoimmune disease and using nutrition as a healing tool, she is committed to sharing her insights with clients on their unique health journeys, guiding them toward improved well-being.
