Personality:

Danielle’s clients would describe her as caring, compassionate, meticulous and a great person to talk to. You will feel immediately at ease when you meet Danielle and find it easy to open up and share with someone who listens and offers non-judgmental feedback.

Background:

Danielle Falchiere is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics. During her graduate studies, Danielle completed a clinical dietetic internship working in a variety of settings including NYU Langone Health Hospital, Perlmutter Cancer Center, and BALANCE Eating Disorder Treatment Center. Danielle’s passion for nutrition started at a young age, due to her own struggles with her weight and body image. Danielle was determined to find a way to lose weight in a healthy way – no restriction and no binging. After years of studying nutrition, Danielle learned how to create nutrition plans that are realistic and sustainable. Having had her own struggles with weight and body image, she is able to relate to her clients and create a plan that will lead them to success.

Counseling philosophy:

Danielle believes that nutrition is not "one-size fits all". She uses a client-centered approach to create personalized nutrition plans that cater to her patient’s lifestyle needs, disease states and food preferences. Danielle always says, “food is meant to be enjoyed,” so she works with her clients to incorporate their favorite foods, while still creating lasting changes!
